Güllü was a Turkish fantasy and arabesque music artist of Romani origin with a powerful voice. Born Gül Tut in Kasımpaşa, Istanbul, she had to drop out of school in middle school due to her family's financial difficulties. At the age of 15, she began singing in wedding halls, starting her music career and quickly gaining attention.

In the 1990s, under the name "Güllü from Kasımpaşa," she gained a large fan base with her arabesque-fantasy style, particularly blended with Romani melodies. Her first album, "Oyuncak Gibi" (Like a Toy), was released in 1994 and marked a turning point that determined her career. Biography
